TRAINING

Proper training is one of the essentials to achieving bodybuilding success.  Doing appropriate exercises, sets and repetitions can build mass, however, proper form is more important than the amount of weight one uses.

Bodybuilding is not necessarily about building strength.  It is more about building balanced and symmetrical size and shape.  Many bodybuilders concentrate on the shoulders arms and chest while ignoring their lower bodies.  Some make a great effort to build their quads while not putting appropriate effort into their hamstrings, gluteus and calves.

The challenge for many is to bring up weaker body parts to balance with their well developed body parts.
